We're here to help you.
Being human is hard work. There are step counts to smash, fruit and veg quotas to hit, skinny jeans to fit into, and pets to feed. All of this while being a good friend/partner/parent, maintaining a thriving social life, killing it at work, and staying sane. Your wearable device helps, but there’s a gap between what it can help you achieve and the person you have the potential to be. Which is why HeadUp exists: we're here to bridge that gap.
Your human dashboard awaits.
Each time you open the HeadUp app, you’ll be able to see in real time, where you are, where you need to be, and the steps in between. Just like the dashboard of your car tells you when the fuel tank is empty, or the engine needs oil, or whatever cars need (it’s a mystery to us), your dashboard will tell you what you need to do to improve your overall health.
Beyond device data.
We’ll learn about your moods, stress levels, eating habits and much more – and combine what we find with what your device tells us. We’ll paint a clear picture of, well, you, and identify the areas of your health that need lovin’. Then we’ll feed this information into your dashboard in the form of personal, actionable insights, so that you can make the changes you need.
Maybe you’ve always wanted to turn your mindset around to focus on what you have, rather than what you don’t have. Eat better and move more. Increase your VO2max or sleep more deeply. It's one thing knowing what you want to achieve – and another knowing how to get it. This is why we've created the Lab. Your Lab actually. This is your space to learn more about the most important person in your life: you. And to discover all the many evidence-based ways you can improve the life you lead.
BYOD – bring your own device.
If you’ve got a FitBit or an Apple Watch, then, as our friend Jon Bon Jovi likes to say: you’re halfway there. All you have to do is sync it to our app and we’ll take care of the rest. If you wear a different type of device, never fear – we’re working to integrate all wearable device types.
