Each time you open the HeadUp app, you’ll be able to see in real time, where you are, where you need to be, and the steps in between. Just like the dashboard of your car tells you when the fuel tank is empty, or the engine needs oil, or whatever cars need (it’s a mystery to us), your dashboard will tell you what you need to do to improve your overall health.
Beyond device data.
We’ll learn about your moods, stress levels, eating habits and much more – and combine what we find with what your device tells us. We’ll paint a clear picture of, well, you, and identify the areas of your health that need lovin’. Then we’ll feed this information into your dashboard in the form of personal, actionable insights, so that you can make the changes you need.

If you’ve got a FitBit or an Apple Watch, then, as our friend Jon Bon Jovi likes to say: you’re halfway there. All you have to do is sync it to our app and we’ll take care of the rest. If you wear a different type of device, never fear – we’re working to integrate all wearable device types.
